| Development & Project Management Resident Technical Officer |
Job Responsibilities/Main Duties:
| • | Assist Project Managers / Resident Engineers in the supervision and quality assurance of Construction Projects |
Prerequisites
| • | Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering/NCCS and registered with BCA or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Building Services Engineering |
| • | Minimum 5 years of working experience in either site supervision of piling/ building works or M&E works |
| • | Experience in bored/precast piling, basement construction, precast work, post-tensioned and structural steel works will be an added advantage |
