| Development & Project Management Resident Engineer |
Job Responsibilities/Main Duties:
| • | Assist Project Managers in overall co-ordination of building works |
| • | Assist in the maintenance of premises at which building works are being carried out |
| • | Plan structural works schedule specifying in particular, the construction or fabrication of key structural elements in building works |
| • | Supervise structural works and ensure quality standards are maintained |
| • | Assist in all documentation and submission of reports and certificates in relation to building works |
| • | Perform duties of Resident Engineer under Building Control Act |
Prerequisites
| • | Degree/Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering |
| • | Minimum 3 years of relevant experience |
| • | Registered under Professional Engineers Act (Cap253) |
