Job Responsibilities/Main Duties:
| • | Project management of building/A&A projects |
| • | Manage turnkey projects/fit-out works |
| • | Ensure time, cost and quality targets are fully met |
Prerequisites
| • | Degree/Diploma in construction related discipline |
| • | Minimum 5 years of relevant experience |
| • | Strong project management experience in developer, consultant or construction firm |
| • | Good experience in resolving design and site issues with consultants, builders and clients |
| • | Knowledge and experience in M&E design and works would be an advantage |
| • | Commitment and drive in achieving result |
